Could not resolve mapping: Mapping not found

Hello,

Thanks so much for making this tool, it really comes in handy!

Most of the time it's working perfectly but on some files it always returns the error Could not resolve mapping: Mapping not found. Any clues on why that would be? I've confirmed the file is a map file and tried all different lines and position values to no luck.

@hayden2114 if you can provide a test case, perhaps we can figure this out.
