Added sleep(5) in mk_dm as found in wencheng comment

When using on my system, I ran into the error in issue 8 (https://github.com/g2p/blocks/issues/8) ; I made the change suggested by wencheng in this thread and it worked ok, so I pull this change that should be very useful for other people.
