CUDA_LAUNCH_BLOCKING stucks

I find if train with CUDA_LAUNCH_BLOCKING=1, then the segment.py will stuck like below:

2018-07-04-105307_1917x1053_scrot

I google and google again, no one compains he will stuck when use CUDA_LAUNCH_BLOCKING=1.
