Abandonement of project, new maintainer(s) wanted

I've been working on this project on and off for almost 5 years now, but with the new NVIDIA App on the horizon and me likely moving to AMD and Linux somewhat soon I have decided to stop developing this app. It will most likely continue to work for quite a while, but I will no longer provide any fixes or updates.

If anyone would like to take over the project, feel free to reach out to me or create a fork.

I would like to thank everyone who submitted pull requests and issues over the years, allowing me to make EnvyUpdate better than I had ever hoped it would be at the start. See you around, have a wonderful day.
