Hi @fvarrui ! When uninstalling the software, if the program is running, it will not be uninstalled normally, and a large number of files will be left behind.

What platform do you refer? If Windows ... MSI? Setup? If so, do you know if there's an option for Inno Setup and WiX Toolset to do this? Thanks!

I remember it being supported by default, but not sure why it doesn't work here.
