Enhance apache.conf.sample setup

For the sample file, create separate versions for each OS type based on the install location or some other solution:

i.e. Ubuntu 18.04 = Define patchman_pythonpath /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/ when installed from the package repo.

Opening as an enhancement.
