Add a way to label/categorize cards within each column.

Description

As a user and product owner or project manager, I would like to categorize and label each card in order to keep track of the type of issues that come up from sprint retro to sprint retro in order to keep a longitudinal count of the types of things that go well or concerns that arise.

Motivation

I want this feature because my team has this necessity when doing retrospective in this way
