Binds for butterknife

Currently the plugin generates the old @InjectView annotation for Butterknife. It would be great to add/modify it to generate the new @Bind annotation

Sorry for very very late reply.

I have published the plugin version 1.6, which resolve the problem (Actually, @InjectView is @BindView in recent ButterKnife version)
