File drag and drop not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a capture.
2. Drag and drop one or more packets to the desktop.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The file created will be named correctly and the logs show that the packets 
were written, but the file 
is zero bytes.
