Some core (Python) packages lack of a proper documentation.

Python code is generally easy to understand but it would be nice if some documentation standards would be kept. This would save a lot of time for interested developers which aren't the author and / or aware of the history of this project.

Closing this. The idea makes sense, but if there was time, I would rather focus on unit tests or bug fixes.
