The AppVeyor build is failing if GTK build is enabled

Yes, the build was failing for me when I was doing the documentation improvements.

Are the GTK DLLs available as a NuGet package? If no, can we add them to a lib folder in the root and reference them from there?

I don't see any GTK packages here: http://www.nuget.org/packages?q=gtk. Adding them to "lib" sounds right.

AppVeyor can use Chocolatey to install gtk-sharp-2
