withSize does not work with the new html abstractions

just a reminder that CyGraph.withSize must be reworked to change the doiv container's dimensions,

You could use Defaults override before render cytoscape:

Defaults.DefaultWidth <- 1920
Defaults.DefaultHeight <- 1080
