Possibility to contact all reserves to an event

It happens that people does not get a spot to an event, resulting in them being placed as reserves. However, if a person from the attending list does not show up to the event, meaning that there is a spot left, these reserves does not get this information. An easy way to get this information out to all reserves would therefore be of use. This could be in the form of an email or notification.
