Error during docker build: Failed to fetch http://deb.debian.org/debian/dists/jessie-updates/InRelease

Also there is an error trying to start due to outdated_bundler_version, it requires bundler 2

I can submit a PR if you give me permissions, but basically found the way of fixing it updating the source.list and bundler version, don't know if is the best way of doing that but here you can find attached the Docker file.
