Fully support Eltako FBH65SB

Hi, this actor uses a special version of EEP A5-08-01 as document here https://www.eltako.com/fileadmin/downloads/de/_bedienung/FBH65SB_30065856-1_dtsch.pdf Currently the binding delivers a temperature-channel and an occupancy-channel, which both are not supported by this device. Also the battery/voltage channel seems to be missing. Today, selecting the EEP in Paper-UI is confusing based on this.

Best would be to introduce a dedicated EEP following these telegrams: grafik
