Improve identification of RPS devices

Currently almost all RPS devices are treated as Simple Push Buttons during auto discovery. This could be improved with a dedicated detection method for RPS EEP.

  • Analyse T21 and NU status byte
  • just handle press messages of rocker switches for teach in
