Close old community chat

As we moved the Frictionless Data community chat to Slack (with an operating Matrix bridge), we can now:

• [ ] Close the Discord community chat (@rufuspollock you are the owner of the server, so you probably need to do this)
• [ ] Close the Matrix mirror of the Discord chat (I expect this will happen automatically once the Discord chat that it mirrors is closed)

@sapetti9 I don't think the Matrix mirror will close automatically. It is actually a fully-fledged Matrix Space, which is bridged by a bot. Closing Discord may probably throw an error or warning with the bot, but the Space would remain. I can close it when the time comes, because @aivuk has created a brand new Matrix Space and bridged it to Slack.

Ah perfect, thanks for that @augusto-herrmann! I forgot to tag you in this issue, good catch! I'll let you know once the Discord is closed so that you can close the Matrix space then.
