Transition to new logo

The use of the Frictionless logo(s) is still not 100% consistent across the different tools pages, with the old logo still being used here and there. Here's a recap of the current status (check when the new logo is used):

Noting that we're working with Lissett on this; it is currently blocked, but will be unblocked in April
