Install some sort of SQL formatter

These are some options:

  • https://github.com/sonota88/anbt-sql-formatter/tree/master/lib/anbt-sql-formatter, which is written in Ruby and apparently installs only in system space.
  • https://github.com/nrempel/sleek which is written in Rust and installs in the userspace
