Review scripts under folder sysadmin_install

Decide how scripts which require root privileges should be handled.

Chances are that they simply become scripts under folder sbin or maybe simply bin, but explicitly warn that root privileges are necessary.

• [ ] #61: Sort out applications dependent on .deb packages;
• [ ] convert scripts under sysadmin_install to scripts under sbin
• [ ] provide nice usage screen messages for all install_* scripts
