Description Add xcm configurations to allow bridging tokens to Ethereum

Acceptance Criteria

  • [x] Send DOT token from Relay to Frequency
  • [x] Send DOT token from AssetHub to Frequency
  • [x] Send Frequency token AND pay with DOT to AssetHub
  • [ ] Add XCM Emulator test
