Update the reconnection service to support Ethereum keys and signatures for seamless user reconnection.

Tasks

• Modify reconnection service to recognize ETH keys
• Update signature verification to support ETH formats
• Implement ETH address handling in reconnection flows

• Test reconnection flows with ETH keys
