Missing footnote ibm_ghz_2

At page 41 in part II, there's the phrase

In 2025, IBM reported a 120-qubit GHZ[^ibm_ghz_2].

The reference for ibm_ghz_2 seems to be missing, and it is displayed GHZ[^ibm_ghz_2] both in the Markdown and the PDF.

As a side note, nice project! I'll be sure to write a short review for it with my thoughts on it when I finish reading it.
