Has anyone looked at adding the subuser API?

Bit late now but incase it's helpful I did something quite a while back & I've just added Filters/Apps too: https://github.com/kule/sendgrid_toolkit maybe it's something you can use...

It works for me but it's behind this project at the mo and needs tests (not to mention a pull request!)
