Add font recommendations to the installation manual

We imply "Open Sans" font is used with Wave, but we don't mention this fact in the documentation.

Maybe we can even provide a css snippet that imports the correct fonts automatically and the projects can just inject this as a <GlobalWaveStyles /> component?
