Lint Markdown

GH Actions is a thing now, and actions like markdown lint is available. To get better code readability on our raw markdown files it might be worth considering linting them

(I'm mainly thinking of 80 characters / line. We have thar rule for html and it might make sense to enforce that for markdown as well)
