Have some way to let groups know they've been rejected?
10:24 < *jayne> once a group is rejected, what happens to it? It seems to be gone completely, with no way to check its status anymore, to update+resumbit, appeal, or whatever. It's just completely gone with no record of anything ever having happened.
I think we need to have a 'messages' feature in GMS with recent notifications, and also a checkbox to email them to the group contact. Apart from rejecting groups, we should probably do this for all other requests that can be rejected
We're sending memos for all the things for v1. I'll keep this open and move it to v2 so we can do something better in time.
Memo will do for now (option to e-mail would be handy perhaps), alternatively simply comment as ideally staff should be having the "rejection chat" with the group concerned and explain the ways in which the group does not align with the vision and philosophies of freenode.
