Progress counter missing failed downloads during pkg upgrade

Last night i had a strange - luckily only optical - issue with the current (v2.2.1) pkg (sadly i don't have the log anymore): there was an error downloading one of the packages to be upgraded. Pkg showed '[1/x] Fetching package', an integrity error and then again '[2/x] Fetching same package', so this way the package downloads ran out of numbers at the progress end. Pkg upgrade worked great and did what it was supposed to, this was just an optical issue, though it might be significant for scripted use or not to confuse the human sitting in front of the terminal.
