New JS Cert title isn't rendering on profile page

Also, it seems like it might be out of order. It should probably appear in the order as it is in the curriculum. Which would make it at the top of the list in the image, but below the RWD cert if I had it were claimed.

The old curriculum should say legacy. But it looks like there is another open issue to fix that

I've raised a PR, but I'm not sure how to test, I don't see Profile page of user in GitPod even though I clicked Sign in Update: I tried to test on local, but profile page showed this
