Add axis curves

Probably two models:

  • [x] simple 'curviness' model: for x between 0 and 1, 100% curviness is a circle of radius 1, 0% curviness is an infinite circle (i.e. a straight line, no curve)
  • [ ] custom curves: specify points, use spline interpolation
