ShopifyFD error : setup_products : Inventory target HTML not found
I need to add metafields to product page and when i load metafields through Shopify FD I receive an error message saying: ShopifyFD error : setup_products : Inventory target HTML not found. I don't know what I need to do. Thanks!
I'm also experiencing this issue. We rely on this plugin for E-Commerce. Please fix ASAP :)
Shopify changed the HTML structure / class naming on the admin side and now the extension can't find any of the elements it's looking for. Wouldn't expect a quick fix on this...

If all you need to do is edit metafields, this app seems to do a pretty good job -> https://apps.shopify.com/metafields-editor-2

This is a simple fix, just a matter of finding new element names in the chrome inspector. Hopefully this will be fixed in a week or so

I just stopped using Shopify FD and now I am using Metafields Guru Shopify app. It is working and very easy t install and use. I reccomend it.

Sorry for the shameless plug here, but I think people are looking for an alternate solution for the time being until a new version comes in as Jason wrote about it here. One of the reasons that I built this extension was also that the ShopifyFd started to have issues, like 'new admin detected' error message. And I also see that ShopifyFd is no longer listed on the chrome webstore.
Hopefully, the above extension should cover the basic needs in the meantime.
