How to customize the separator and use mode (like .mode json)?

Thanks for this great extension.

Is it possible to customize the separator use in a select query or to use a specific mode (I have seen the properties "ReturnColumnNames" but it doesn't return a list of lists so it's still difficult to parse the result)?
