Describe the bug

Action sheet doesn't convert to popover.

To Reproduce

Click on the button in the section header.

Expected behavior

From the documentation, the contents of the Action Sheet should be converted into a popover on large screens.

Actual Behavior

The action sheet is persistent at all screen sizes.
