Drag'n'Drop for grids

As mentioned within slack already, it would be great to have some drag and drop available for grid layouts. So, as an idea, like with the sortable list, there could be an enabling and disabling function and a callback after sort with the keys of the grid elements.

It would be very useful to design dashboards for example, adjusted to the users preference :-)
