Error installing NPM Dependencies

I'm trying to install framework7 core via CLI. I've tried doing it with the UI but it simply just closes after it gets that error. Says "npm ERR! Line breaks can't be quoted on Windows" I've tried almost everything but with no success. If anyone has a hit please say it below! Here is the link for the npm log. https://pastebin.com/raw/HYbXHSn0

This is similar to my error, I have been watching youtube videos since but all to veil.
