framework7 create --ui closes the localhost by itself

For some reason when I run the command "framework7 create --ui" it just closes itself when its "installing npm dependencies" not sure why this is happening. Any help?

Thanks for your reply but this matter is happening on mac not on windows. the script halts by itself without any error while the screen shows that it's working on app creation
