Streaming with the Xbox Series X/S and compatibility issues

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Pqxiv4pKK8&t=1s this link explains how to stream using the dev app for Xcloud "being able to stream your Xbox series s too your windows pc" I tried using the source code to always have the mouse active as it detects the controller so I can move around within game however I cant aim at all but when I click into the Xbox companion app then move around and click out the game registers it as a mouse and moves for a second then inactive again if anyone has any ideas lemme know (:

simply knowing what too edit so the program is always active "green" and not in standby mode "Blue" should fix the problem
