Recommend in-app ability to customize input-locking apps list

Due to a store app rename, we built a new hard-coded list of default input-locking apps. A more long term fix would probably be to have an app-wide config (not the per-profile configs) regenerate with these default strings if not present, and have a way to configure the list from the application (maybe even just a multi-line textbox). Thus a user can easily try it out with other applications (eg #161) with no code change, or in some language we may have missed, or if the companion apps gain a translated title/change in the future. But in most cases the user won't even have to think about it as the default options should have most cases already covered.
