Server Could Not Be Contacted in Mojave/Catalina

Can you tell me more about the issue you're having?

when I was trying to install Catalina or Mojave it gave me this error in the installer (After formating the hdd in the disk utility )
but it was solved when i immigrated everything to https://github.com/kholia/OSX-KVM and changed the OS to bigSur
