Test on VDI

I have started testing the MGToolbox on the VDI with two options: browser and private machine by either:

• Setting a python virtual environment and installing the MGToolbox on the VDI
• Using a pre-installed python virtual environment for the use of MGToolbox in the RITMO Felles Drive (R:)

I have also tested the possibility to use the JupyterHub, however this solution might not be adapted as it only allows the use of a maximum of 1 GB of memory and do not give access for other users to access the data. The MGToolbox works fine but the VDI is very slow and laggy with excessive CPU usage probably related to the NT Kernel & System program.
