Customise what's visible on Limited-vision Sheets

It would be great to be able to customize, whether from the GM settings or from the sheet directly, what is shown publicly in "Limited" permission setting.

Currently, "Limited" shows the name, ancestry, class, pronouns/gender and the Appearance box. Some players would like to hide their ancestry, for example. Say a Kitsune or an Anadi.
