Expand the ordinal suffixes

is it possible to expand the ordinal suffixes? because in spanish they change if they are 2,7,8,9?

I think that within pathdinder the maximum number of ranks would be ten, a solution would be to make ten suffixes and that each language would place the corresponding one.
