Embed Just OS chatbot in website

Let's integrate FORRT's chat bot into FORRT's webpage:
Here's its standalone page: https://www.just-os.org/ and below is how it is supposed (at least originally) to look like. But the full funded application is here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1RhQ6nCch9XPu-3UAU3UvRO55WYZ9w4BR/edit and here's our final report. So you can clearly see we have ran out of funds before being able to implement the bot into FORRT :face_palm: :disappointed: Here's the full G-drive folder which I shared it with you: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/12-lr5NHlNv02UasG3lttec7sp7BzAxO4 where all our files are.
We should then also document how to update it to draw on the full set of FORRT resources ...

What is the role on the future website? If it pops up like above, it needs to also help navigate the website. To be considered in the ongoing discussions with @justinsulik

For now, let's focus on getting it on the website - @richarddushime either as internal or external link, let's not worry about building our own interaction (maybe popup window)
