Add resource book for Thomas Rhys Evans' grant
This PR is for collaboration between @ThomasRhysEvans, @flavioazevedo and others on a resource book.
This can be pulled, worked on and then pushed to repeatedly, for example with usethis::pr_fetch(158) and then usethis::pr_pull(). To get back to the master branch to continue with other website edit tasks, you can use usethis::pr_pause() [see their docs for details.] For now, contributors should best check on their progress locally, using a local hugo server or container - see Contributing.md
Happy help if anything is unclear.
Also, the book lives in content/res_book where I already added a dummy resource.

Dear @LukasWallrich , Dear @ThomasRhysEvans, Is this ready to deploy such that Roksana and Magda can start contributing to the book?
I don't know what things look like on Github but we have a structure and plans for the book so if the frame is up on Github we can start building and making some inroads?
Thanks everyone, this is super exciting!!!
Take care, Tom

I am gonna try to add @roksanasobolak to this thread. Fingers crossed!
Dear @LukasWallrich , so @roksanasobolak shared with me their 'draft' book, and it looks amazing. Also, we can use the same format that we are using, which, w/ a few tweaks, should look like the HH's Ariadne: https://igor-biodgps.github.io/ARIADNE/
My major question is: can we have this book/resource be built in FORRT and see it online but not have it indexed yet nor have it show on the menu?
