WSL2 - Error: connect ECONNREFUSED

I'm running Windows 11, my development environment is inside Debian running in WSL2.

If I have the extension running on a non-WSL instance of VSCode I'm able to connect to the DB. If I have the extension running on my WSL instance of VSCode I'm not able to connect to the DB.

In both cases, the DB information is the same/correct.
