add $relativeDir and $relativeFileDirname

I tried to use the relativeDir, and I found the issue #559 . So I tried to add it. But I haven't developed vscode extention before and I can't set up the environment. So I haven't tested the commit. I hope it can be reviewed if it is convenient.
