SSH causing PHP errors

I'm pretty sure using SSH on my form page is causing a mess of PHP errors.

As I use SSH on all my other pages, I'm having great difficulty turning it off for this one director only.

I'm sure you'll want to see other configuration info - please let me know what else I need to post.

I've asked my ISP to lend a hand, but they haven't been so helpful (they usually are though).
