Repeater with condition and localstorage is not working

Describe the bug

I'm encountering a TypeError: can't convert undefined to object when using a repeater field in combination with a condition and localStorage. This error appears when the component is rendered, and it seems to be related to how the stored data is rehydrated or processed conditionally.

Steps to Reproduce:

Set up a FormKit repeater with a condition on its fields.

Enable localStorage persistence.

Load the form, possibly after storing prior data.

Observe the console for the TypeError.

How to fix this?
