Using search bar for components stops the ability to select different tabs on the builder palette

• Frontend framework: Angular with Bootstrap
• Browser: Google Chrome

Observed Issue

1. Using search bar for components stops the ability to select different tabs on the builder palette
2. Unable to select other tabs

Same kind of issue observed in formiojs as well https://github.com/formio/formio.js/issues/3893

Hello @chintuyadavsara,

We are not able to replicate this issue using Formio.js 4.14.1. Can you try upgrading and see if the issue still exists?
