Add support for compose

Need to add it to impl, androidLibrary, androidUtils, widget, androidApp

impl, androidLibrary, androidUtil and androidApp targets can have boolean flag to enable compose support (for a while), but what we are going to do with widget target? Should we have boolean flag or new compose-widget target? I think that we must have separate target. Also we should not add any restriction for depending widget and compose-widget to each other, because compose and view can live together
